We were founded in 2002, by Mr. S L Senthil Kumar, as a partnership firm named as SES Engineering Builders and Civil Works and later incorporated as a Private Limited Company in 2016. Mr.Senthil Kumar with his vast experience in the construction industry is the Promoter & Managing Director of the company. Mr. Lourdusamy Sathish and Mrs. S Eswari serving as Directors of the company.
We are an established construction, development and Infrastructure company mainly involved in the business framework of construction of roads and highways, bridges, Toll Plaza’s, irrigation and mining projects, construction of commercial and residential buildings, and other ancillary services like operation and maintenance of highways.

WE Plan and Build
SES has been in forefront in designing and constructing major and minor bridges. Several major bridges constructed by SES stand as the most useful landmarks.
While envisaging its foray into conventional power generation processes such as thermal and hydroelectric projects, SES is also actively exploring generation of power through non conventional power production sources such as Solar, windmills and even seawater on the coastal belt.
SES Constructions has primarily been into the development of roads and has successfully executed the completion of major highways, expressways, airport runways, and roads across towns, cities, factories and many such other areas. SES Constructions has been one of the chief contractors of NHAI and has undertaken projects worth hundreds of Crores even in the most recent years.
We are headquartered in Thane and are primarily focused on residential and corporate office projects. Our residential projects include presidential apartments, villas, row houses, luxury and super luxury apartments, and plotted development complete with modern amenities. We strongly emphasis on environmental management, water harvesting and high safety standards in all our residential projects.
Infrastructure networks like roads define the progress and development of the nation. Hence the never-ending focus and activity in building, development and maintenance of infrastructure. SES Construction is been supporting this important need and leading by example and is today a recognized force in construction and development of Expressways, Highways, Villages, Ports and City connectivity.
